1st place!!! Haha, against one other boat and with only an 8 minute handicap. But still, Siren’s first win.
We were behind the entire race but pointing better than the Cal 20 on the upwind leg. We timed our last tack perfectly, passing Ginger Lei and just barely made the finish mark a few boat lengths ahead.
