Itinerary

May 27, 2014 – July 30, 2014

May 27, 2014 – July 30, 2014

  1. Schedule Overview and Options:
    1. I’m giving myself 20 days maximum to get the solar and self-steering sorted. If that deadline passes I’ll have to put Tahiti off for the next year. In which case an epic inter-island tour is in order, I believe.
    2. I’m guessing it will take between 15 and 20 days to sail to Tahiti (see details under “Route”). This will give us two weeks to explore French Polynesia. More time in Tahiti to explore would be great (I’m sure even a year wouldn’t be enough!) but it’s not all about the destination, it’s also about the journey, the time at sea, and enjoying the blue water sea-rythm.
